   Micro-management by the owner. Long hours. Finding good driven employees. Corporate is awful & most corporate employees are clueless with regards to the sports items their franchises are selling & have no idea what it is actually to work in a PIAS & what the store staff deals with on a daily basis Corporate also is ages behind technology & does not know how to help their franchises

   Co-workers were nice to work with and very knowledgeable on the products being sold

   Store was a bit disorganized at times but it improved

   The owner, Bob, is a great guy and is always working to help you improve in many different ways. Very relaxed work environment at times.

   Could get very busy sometimes and very overwhelming.

   Laid back, gain sports knowledge, (usually) good staff. Great position for after school and after college before finding career job

   Cons

   A little too laid back some times, many staff get bad habits of sitting on phone doing nothing when there's no customers. No benefits, even when full time assistant manager. Not a place for a career

   It's a retail job, where you're selling new and used exercise equipment and sometimes you have to deal with customers that let you know they expect everything to be used prices.
